About Me

Coach John Reed is the Owner of Southern Bred Fitness, located here in Clarksville, TN. Once a soldier of the 101st Airborne Division, John returned to Clarksville after 12 years of Active Duty service and made it home. After graduating from Austin Peay State University with his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, it was time for him to build his community with a focus on health and wellness. At Southern Bred Fitness, we believe in the principles of holistic health and the transformative impact it can have on our lives for longevity. So, when you think of Coach John, know that you will be empowered and held accountable for your future.
